Dog Parks
• We operate strictly on a maximum of ‘four dogs on site’ basis – with no exceptions.
• Pick up all of your dog’s waste, using your own bio-degradable bags (or those provided) and dispose of it in the poo-bins provided. This applies to the whole site, including the transition area and car park. Failure to do so may see you unable to make future bookings.
• Our Dog Parks are formed in the natural countryside and may include a variety of hazards such as holes, ditches, overhanging branches, fallen trees and uneven and muddy ground. We will not be held liable for any injury to people or their pets, or any claim arising from a harmful incident on our premises.
• Within each Dog Park we provide equipment for pet use and stimulation. It is not designed or safe, for people to use.
• All dogs using the Dog Parks must be wormed and have all vaccinations up to date. If your dog has been ill within 48 hours of your booking, please do not attend.
• Dogs should not be left unattended at any time. You must supervise your dog(s) at all times, so that you are aware of what you pet is doing and that they are safe.
• The owners, employees and their agents reserve the right to enter the Dog Parks at their discretion, in order to inspect and maintain the property.

Banned Dogs
We will welcome and hire our private fields to owners of XL Bully Dogs (and other banned dogs in the UK) on the following basis:
• The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.
• A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.
• The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules.
• The dog is Micro Chipped.
• The dog – dog handler ratio is 1:1 and that the dog stays with their handler at all times (unless with other dogs from the same household).
• The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled on arrival, in the car park and transition areas and until the gate to the field is shut when entering the field.
• You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field. The dog must be put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field. It must remain in this state, until it is firmly secured in a car, ready for departure.
• If the household has more than one dog, they can come to the field together as long as they have a minimum of one handler. All dogs leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field including the XL Bully.
• If there are dogs from different households using the fields, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead with its handler.
• Copthorne Canines reserves the right to challenge owners of dogs that represent the breeds shown above - and to enforce these conditions and/or to refuse entry and cancel bookings with no refund.
